Advanced seminar – a student’s report

Day 7

We started with the walk after the storm last night, the weather is foggy but warm enough and a mild wind is blowing with sudden, momentarily intensification from time to time. Could walk only with the t-shirt and the taoist blouse on without problems.

bi guan includes non speaking. urgent matters require solutions

The morning meditation was shorter but more painful. Getting rid of the reincarnation energy is very painful and we need to adjust and learn how to live with this pain. Finally pain should become comfortable. Once most of the reincarnation energy is expelled then sitting becomes very easy.

Afternoon the meditation was longer and little more difficult. Many people had pain, some were crying not of pain but of sorrow. It is said if the qi starts moving and descends from lungs to the heart the body will cry, otherwise if it raises from lower organs to the heart the body will laugh. Crying students does not find an apparent motive, but their shen knows of their mistakes and grasps the opportunity to cleanse itself.

This evening there is no more rain so we are going back, in force, to practice ping heng gong after the sunset. We need to practice the 6 forms altogether then close the practice with the closing form.

Starting 22:00 we do, for one hour, shui gong with the 9th form. This time we send our shen to the outer space to embrace galaxies, stars and planets which is a variation of the form we knew in the past. While after the first form of shui gong that we practiced several days ago I had horrible dreams I wonder of my dreaming experience after this night exercise.

As it turns out I had good dreams. A little bit distant and hard to rememeber, however I recall playing with three baby tigers in a happy mood.
